Now once the wheels would be out of the way, then the dark-coloured screws which would be behind the car bumper should be removed carefully. Every wheel well should have 3 screws. There would be an extra 10mm bolt, which would be situated further inside the wheel well, which would have to be removed on the passenger side though.

You should then go underneath the bumper and then the three dark-coloured screws should be removed.

Step 5

The bumper liner should then be pulled back from underneath and behind the bumper. It would then give you access to the fog light trim. It is essential to get something which would be heavy so that you would be able to hold the liner back so that it would be easy to work on the trim.

Step 6

All the connections which would hold the fog light assembly in place should then be removed. There are a lot of screws and wiring harnesses present there. First of all the screws should be gathered so that the harness can be detached properly. Now once all of those would be disconnected, then the fog light trim could be taken out easily.

Step 7

Steps 5 and 6 should be repeated on the driver's side. It should be easy now as there would be fewer connections in the driver's side.

Step 8

Now once both fog light trims would be out, then the new ones should be installed in the right place. Just keep in mind that all the connections which would be removed should be reattached properly.

The bumper liner and the wheels should be put back to the way they were.
